Erin Chu, DC, is a board-certified chiropractor in practice with Oviedo Chiropractic. Dr. Chu earned her chiropractic degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Port Orange, FL, graduating valedictorian.
Dr. Chu was born and raised in Sarasota, FL. She quickly developed a passion for chiropractic in high school working as a Chiropractic Assistant for a family friend. She was drawn to the model that the correct alignment of the body’s musculoskeletal structure will maximize the body’s natural healing mechanisms, reducing the need for surgery or medication. Encouraged to pursue her passion by her family chiropractor, she eventually moved to Orlando, FL to complete her bachelors in Biology from the University of Central Florida with chiropractic in her sights throughout the journey.
Dr. Chu possesses extensive knowledge of the information and techniques used to diagnose and treat human disease, injuries, and deformities. Along with advanced knowledge of the principles, methods, and procedures for treating rehabilitation of physical and mental dysfunctions. Dr. Chu loves people and thrives in an environment where she can educate her patients about their condition along with treatment options, enabling them to live their most healthy lives.
During her free time, she enjoys the outdoors, hiking and camping with her family and friends. She and her husband try to visit one national park a year, Banff National Park in the Canadian Rockies currently being their top favorite.
The staff & Dr. Cough are awesome! This is my first time ever going to a Chiropractor and this has been the best experience I’ve ever had. They are knowledgeable and accommodate your needs. I look forward every time going to my appointments.
Dr. Cough is awesome! He is really supportive and explains the problems accurately. He has also put me on a treatment plan that has been effective. My lower back felt immediately better after one treatment. Will continue to schedule appointments and follow his suggested treatment plan.
